Street Tag has arrived in Barnet, and we’re inviting schools, pupils and families to get moving, collect tags and compete for fantastic prizes!
The Barnet Schools Leaderboard is a fun and interactive way to make everyday journeys more active, social and enjoyable. Whether you’re walking to school, cycling around your neighbourhood, going for a run or simply exploring your local area, you can turn your activity into points and help your school climb the leaderboard.
Best of all, Street Tag is completely free to use!
What is Street Tag?
Street Tag is a free, interactive app that turns active travel into a fun game for school children and families.
The app encourages children and their families to walk, cycle and run more often, explore their local area, collect virtual tags and earn points while competing with their school on a leaderboard.
It’s a simple way to encourage healthier habits, more active journeys and time spent outdoors, while also helping communities work together to reduce carbon emissions.

Get your school community involved, encourage your friends and family to join and start collecting as many tags as possible. Every tag helps your school move closer to the top!
BARNET SCHOOLS LEADERBOARD PRIZES
There are fantastic prizes up for grabs for the top-performing schools and individual players.
1st: £150 plus a Second-Hand Bike Market delivered by PedalUK, where all proceeds raised will go to the school
2nd: £100
3rd: £75
4th & 5th: £50
Individual prizes are also available:
Top Player: Family Leisure Centre Pass + £15 One4all voucher
2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th Place Players: £15 One4all voucher
How to Join Street Tag
Getting started is quick and easy:
Install the Street Tag app from the Play Store or App Store and sign up.
Enter your valid details, then click Continue.
Select the School Leaderboard option, then click Continue.
Select Barnet Schools Leaderboard and click Continue.
Select/pick your school team.
Enter your preferred gender and fill in the other optional details, then click Sign Up.
Verify your account using your phone number.
After verification, complete the short questionnaire.
Congratulations! Your account is ready to use.
Parents Can Join Too!
Parents can add up to two Child accounts to their Main account, making it even easier for the whole family to get involved and start tagging together.
