How To Change Your Team
Please follow the below steps to move to a different team. Should you need further help after following these steps, please fill out and submit the below form for further assistance.
If you wish to move to a different community team, please follow these steps:
Open the Streettag app.
Click on the menu.
Go to settings and select "profile".
Click "change leaderboard" and select "community leaderboard".
Click to continue. You will be asked if you have an existing QR code for the team you would like to join. If you do, then click on yes and scan the QR code.
If you do not have a QR code then you can create your own team by entering a few details.
Select your location and follow the on-screen instructions.
Note that if you are the captain of a team, you will be unable to move to a community team. You may need to assign a different team member as the captain first. If you are the only member of your team, please let us know and we can assign a dummy team member to your team to work around the issue.
If you wish to move to a school team, please follow the steps below:
Open the Streettag app.
Click on the menu.
Go to settings and select "profile".
Click "change leaderboard" and select "school leaderboard".
Select your school district from the list.
Select your school from the list.
Click to continue to confirm.
