Share the video link with Street Tag through our Facebook page, Instagram, email or on twitter, and using hashtag #StreetTagHomeActivities.
Your videos can be recorded anywhere in the home e.g. in the living room, kitchen, or garden. Gardening also counts as physical activity, so get creative and have fun being active at home.
Bonus perks - You can request for sports equipment e.g. Badminton net to set up in your garden, tennis ball for games in your garden etc and we will try our best to arrange for delivery to your home via amazon safely. A request is capped at £10 per family (limited requests). You'd need to have earned a few points already to be eligible for requests.

More about the Street Tag app.
Street Tag is exceptional at supporting families to be physically active through walking, cycling, rolling and running. Street Tag does this by turning streets into a virtual playground on your smartphone, to increase your physical activity experience of earning points to climb your community leaderboard and earn prize rewards. Your experience and use of Street Tag is compatible with social distancing and self-isolation with our use of new converting steps from fitness trackers into Street Tag points.
Physical activity or exercise can improve your health and reduce the risk of developing several diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular disease. Physical activity and exercise can have immediate and long-term health benefits. Most importantly, regular activity can improve your quality of life.
HOW IT WORKS (FOR FAMILIES)
Please note that we have adapted Street Tag to support home isolation and social distancing per the guidelines by the UK Government i.e. One form of exercise a day - for example a walk, run or cycle alone or with members of your household.
Install Street Tag on the App Store https://bit.ly/stappstore and on the Play Store https://bit.ly/stplaystore and join ‘Kingston Community’ on sign up.
Virtual tags are placed in walking routes and areas with green space to encourage physical activities. PLEASE NOTE to strictly practice social distancing as instructed by the government as shared above.
There can be up to 6 players on each team and you can participate as an individual. (Do not meet with other households for physical activity)
Individuals or Families walk, run or cycle to virtual tags which are placed on the interface of the Street Tag app on your smartphone.
Virtual Tags are worth an average of 10 points per tag. Once users are near/within a 40-meter radius of a tag, you will receive the points which helps your family/team to move up on the leaderboard.
Families and individuals can also earn Street Tag points and win prizes by being physically active at home. Start by uploading videos of you or your family being physically active or live streaming your home physical activity. Share the video link with Street Tag through our Facebook page, Instagram, email or on twitter, and using hashtag #StreetTagHomeActivities.
If you have a Fitbit, once you are in the Street Tag app, sync your Fitbit to Street Tag, and your steps will be automatically converted into Street Tag points daily by opening the app at least once a day to trigger the sync.
At the end of the leaderboard challenge. The top 15 teams are given prizes (depending on your leaderboard). There are also other opportunities for teams to win secondary prizes during the leaderboard activity such as the #StreetTagHomeActivities.
Virtual tags change colour to red once they have been scanned, and cannot be scanned again for another hour, thus encouraging the user to explore other tags that are not yet scanned.
Please note that leaderboards reset approx. every 12 weeks. The next reset date is displayed at the top of the leaderboard accessible via the app side menu.
