From 1st April Street Tag will be temporarily pausing some of the leaderboards for approximately four weeks.

Dear Street Tag users

From 1st April Street Tag will be temporarily pausing some of the leaderboards for approximately four weeks.

This pause is to allow us to make some important updates to the app and to carry out testing to ensure the updates are fully optimised.

What does this mean for users? 

During this time you can still use the Street Tag app, but you may experience some delays in performance.

The Leaderboard display screen is now in maintenance till 1st May, check our Facebook daily at 9pm for screenshots of the top 20 teams for the day. 

The Dashboard display is now in maintenance till 1st May. 

Will I lose all of my virtual points?

No, absolutely not. Once the app has been updated, the Street Tag team will reset individual accounts and all virtual points collected before the update will still be displayed.

When will the virtual leader board resume?

We are planning to resume with an updated app and leader board from 1 May 2021.  All points collected between 1-30 April will be archived to your STpoints at the top of the app menu. Only points on the leaderboard before the update will resume from 1 May (for example, all the points you have as of 31 March will be retained on your leader board when we resume on 1 May). 

This only applies to the leaderboards in:

1. Oxfordshire (community and school games leaderboards)
2. Barking and Dagenham (community and school leaderboards)
3. Redbridge (community and school leaderboards)
4. Basildon (community and school leaderboards)
5. World (community)
6. World (schools)
7. Kingston (community and school leaderboards - updated)

Colchester (community and school points will not be archived), Newham (community points will not be archived), and other running leaderboards will not be archived at this moment.

Please check this announcement again in a week for changes, if any. 

Are any tags being removed?

 No tags are being removed.

Will the leader board dates be extended?

We are pleased to confirm that most of the leaderboard dates will be extended.

We are currently working with our partners to confirm the additional dates. The adjusted dates will be available to view at www.streettag.co.uk/leaderboard-dates

Will leaderboards that are eligible for prizes still receive them?

Leaderboards that have recently concluded over the past week or few days will be receiving their performance bonus prizes as planned.
