12th April 2021 App Performance Update
Dear Street Tag Users
A gentle reminder of the last update shared on 1st April, “From 1st April Street Tag will be temporarily pausing some of the leaderboards for approximately four weeks.
This pause is to allow us to make some important updates to the app and to carry out testing to ensure the updates are fully optimised.”

When will the app's leaderboard and dashboard display be turned back on?
From 1st of May 2021. Note - some leaderboard points collected between 1-30 April will be archived to your STpoints at the top of the app menu. Only points on the leaderboard before the update will resume from the 1st of May (for example, all the points you have as of 31 March will be retained on your leaderboard when we resume on the 1st of May. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 72 HOURS FROM THE 1ST OF MAY FOR ALL POINTS TO BE SET ACCORDINGLY, THIS WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR ACTIVITY). Please check the blog link shared above for the full announcement on the relevant leaderboards that it applies to.
This only applies to the leaderboards in:
1. Oxfordshire (community and school games leaderboards)
2. Barking and Dagenham (community and school leaderboards)
3. Redbridge (community and school leaderboards)
4. Basildon (community and school leaderboards)
5. World (community)
6. World (schools)
7. Kingston (community and school leaderboards - updated)
Colchester (community and school points will not be archived), Newham (community points will not be archived), and other running leaderboards will not be archived at this moment.
Will the leaderboard dates be extended?
We are pleased to confirm that most of the leaderboard dates will be extended. We will share this information very soon this April.
We are currently working with our partners to confirm the additional dates. The adjusted dates will be available to view at www.streettag.co.uk/leaderboard-dates
